In a paid, 30-minute consultation, we’ll look at one issue together, talk through your options, and work out what to do next. You don’t have to be ready for a new website to get help.

Talk through the decision you’re facing and why one approach might suit your website better than another. You can ask about the parts you haven’t been able to settle.
Have a recommendation to refer back to.
A written recap brings the recommendation, next action, useful resources, and anything still needing investigation together, so you have something to work from afterward.
Get help without commissioning a website.
The conversation can be useful on its own. You can take the guidance and decide what to do with it without committing to a larger project.
You don’t need to have the answer before we talk.
You might have rewritten a service description a few times and still be unsure whether it says what people need to know. Or making updates has become enough of a hassle that you’re considering a different platform.
Those are useful starting points for a conversation. You can show me what you’re working with, explain what you’ve tried, and ask the question that keeps bringing you back to the page.
I’ll work through it with you and explain what I recommend and why. If the answer needs more investigation, I’ll make that clear.

Complete the consultation payment.
After the intake, you’ll continue to the $150 USD total checkout. Submitting the intake alone doesn’t confirm payment or reserve an appointment.
Choose a time to meet.
After payment, choose an available time for our 30-minute Zoom conversation. We can use screen sharing when it helps us look at the issue together.

What’s included
This is an advice session. A full audit, research or hands-on website work is separately scoped.
After we meet.
You’ll receive a short email recap of the recommendation, next action, useful resources, and anything that still needs investigation within one business day after the consultation.
If you need clarification on the recap, you can reply. New questions, additional research, and hands-on work are discussed and agreed separately before that work begins.
You can use the guidance yourself. If further help makes sense, we can talk about it without turning the consultation into a required step toward a website project.
